An addition of the "Flex Locator High Precision Type" with a high repeat positioning accuracy of 5μm to the "Flex Locator." ◎ Easy-to-use dedicated positioning type for improved workability Positioning is done using a taper in combination with a taper bush (existing product: CP157). This enhances workability with positioning that does not cause binding, and the fixture plate is secured with bolts. ◎ High reproducibility Repeat positioning accuracy: 5μm High-precision positioning is possible without causing binding or play due to the two-point constraint of the taper and seating surface. ◎ High cleanliness With a minimal contact area, cleaning during fixture replacement is simplified. Additionally, the inconvenience caused by adhesion between plates during fixture removal is minimized.
